Experience the healing power of hirudotherapy in the comfort of your home. Our mobile service brings professional, natural leech therapy right to your doorstep in Surrey and the London suburban area.
What We Offer for Surrey & London Suburbs:
Hirudotherapy Session (Approx. 90 Minutes)
Includes the application of medical-grade leeches to support healthy circulation and recovery. The session aims to ease inflammation and discomfort. I tailor placement and number of leeches to your needs and goals. Expect a calm, careful process with clear guidance throughout. Total visit time is about 1 hour 30 minutes.
Hirudotherapy Session (about 90 minutes) is longer because we allow natural detachment. Medical leeches usually feed for 45–75 minutes, and some need up to 90. This traditional approach is gentler on the skin and avoids irritation from forced removal. I also include a short health check, careful skin preparation, and proper dressing after the leeches detach. Finally, I explain aftercare and watch the bite sites briefly. So the feeding time is around one hour, and the full hirudotherapy home-visit session lasts about 1.5 hours
Our team is trained in safe and hygienic leech therapy practices, ensuring a comfortable and effective treatment experience.

Hirudo.Clinic offers leech therapy detox for natural wellbeing and gentle rejuvenation. Clients often seek support for fatigue, low energy, heavy legs, and circulation stress. Many also choose sessions for skin freshness and overall vitality. We provide discreet mobile hirudotherapy across London’s affluent areas, including Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Marylebone, Hampstead, Richmond, Wimbledon, St John’s Wood, and Notting Hill. We also visit Surrey and Kent, including Sevenoaks, for calm, private home treatment.
Before booking, please read our pre-treatment guidance and tell us about any medicines, allergies, bleeding issues, or recent vaccinations. Hirudotherapy is a traditional method and may not suit everyone. After natural detachment, light oozing can continue for several hours, which is normal. We dress the sites, explain home care, and provide written aftercare. Medical leeches are single-use, and all materials are sterile and safely disposed of.
